Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In this case, you may request a return after receiving the item.

If a shipment cannot be intercepted, please contact us after delivery to arrange a return.


Returns

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return address will be provided after approval
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Exchanges (Size Only)

We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition with tags
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only

Additional Notes:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs
  • Price differences (if any) may apply

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will provide a suitable solution, including replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping cost will be charged in this case

Out of Stock

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will:

  • Cancel the order
  • Issue a full refund
  • Notify you via email

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day return period
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items not purchased from our store
  • Final sale or promotional items (unless defective)

Important Notes

  • Please contact our support team before returning any item
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us
